When you can no longer see the beauty

I love birds that sing their melodies
What love-birds paired up in the trees
I am a bird that sits and sings a song
Before sunrise then all day long
I sit alone upon this branch
And wait for one that may never come

From sunset to sunrise the sky is dazzling
And I find a spot where it reflects upon a bubbling stream
Wandering the road not taken
In the shade of trees my soul awakens
My mind wanders and I reflect
On my lonesomeness among these shadows

Life is a song that will rise and fall
Some say the final note is the point of it all
Or is it about the dance I postpone?
Yet I shall not dance all on my own
When no one's beside you it's hard to be happy
When you can no longer see the beauty
